The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OILSWALA. OILSWALA operates this online store and website and provides information, products, content and related services to customers in Pakistan (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

By visiting our website, browsing our store, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any other policies referenced on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund/Return Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction under applicable law or are using the Services with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your name, mobile number, email address (where requested), delivery address and other information necessary to process and deliver your order.

OILSWALA will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the customer.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

OILSWALA offers premium herbal hair-care products, including OILSWALA Hair Growth Oil.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, packaging, colors and other characteristics accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, packaging-production variations or updates.

Product descriptions and other information provided on our website are intended to help customers understand our products.

Individual experiences and results may vary depending on factors including hair condition, hair-care routine, frequency and consistency of use, lifestyle and other individual factors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no particular result or timeframe is guaranteed.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, packaging, pricing, offers or availability when reasonably necessary.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s).

OILSWALA reserves the right to accept, verify, place on hold or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Duplicate or suspicious orders
Pricing or technical errors
Product unavailability
Unconfirmed Cash on Delivery orders
Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you through phone call, SMS or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain reachable at the provided mobile number during the delivery period.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund/Return Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the OILSWALA store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs.), unless otherwise stated.

Product prices, discounts, bundles, promotional offers and other promotions may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.

The applicable price will generally be the price displayed when the customer places the order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

OILSWALA currently offers payment methods displayed during checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and any other payment methods introduced by us in the future.

Where our website states that delivery is free, no standard delivery charge will be added to eligible orders covered by that offer.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

OILSWALA delivers orders within Pakistan through third-party courier partners.

Estimated delivery times shown on our website are estimates rather than guarantees.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, remote delivery locations, operational disruptions or incorrect/incomplete customer information.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a working mobile number.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and make the required payment.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer repeatedly fails to receive the shipment, provides incorrect information or refuses a confirmed order without a legitimate reason, OILSWALA may restrict future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer where reasonably appropriate.

SECTION 6 — PRODUCT USE & INDIVIDUAL RESULTS

OILSWALA Hair Growth Oil is a cosmetic/hair-care product.

Results and experiences may differ between individuals. Images, customer experiences, progress journeys, testimonials or other marketing materials should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every customer will achieve identical results.

Customers should follow the usage instructions supplied with the product.

If you have a known sensitivity or allergy to any listed ingredient, you should review the ingredients carefully before use.

Discontinue use if irritation or an unwanted reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to the OILSWALA Refund/Return Policy available on our website.

Customers should inspect their parcel after receiving it and contact us promptly if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise eligible for assistance under our Refund/Return Policy.

Additional evidence, such as photographs or an unboxing video, may be requested where reasonably necessary to investigate a claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Shopify is not the seller of OILSWALA products and is not responsible for the products purchased from OILSWALA.
